Forget about the clock. Forget about the calender. Forget about the time you think you have to do what ever you think you need to do because it does not represent anything tangible, or intangible for that matter, in the actual reality of your existence. Time is a theory. Time is an illusion. Time is a phantom you chase all your life and never manage to catch.

Form the movie Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory released in 1971 and adaptated from the 1964 novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl. This song from the sound track written by and composed by Leslie Bricusse and Anthony Newley really says quite a lot about the reality of the universe which many people are unaware of.

That is to say that as your body matures it not only changes shape but changes completely. Every cell that comprises your body is renewed every few years.

Is creation amazing? You better believe it is amazing. But there’s no point looking for “The Answer” because we are creating the whole thing by virtue of our searching.
It is a practice worth perfecting, for if you persist and perfect the act of maintaining eye contact you will see truths in other human beings that may have lain hidden previously and you will also reveal the truth in your own heart. To use this practice for effective engagement with other human beings, you MUST be centered in your true self. If you are not the truth will lie hidden from you, and your relationships will lack true honesty and connectedness.
